I am SO behind on blogging that I HOPE I catch up some day! Holy moly!

I think there’s an unwritten rule somewhere in the photography world that says if you’re a photographer, you will not be able to shoot your own family, lol. Even if you can shoot your own kiddos, YOU won’t ever be able to be in any of the shots yourself. (Lets face it, the timer is pretty much pointless and a wireless trigger doesn’t do you much good either when you can’t actually see yourself or, more importantly, how your kids look!) I know know such is the case with my family, and a few of my other photog buddies are in the same boat, which gave me the opportunity to do some fun family shoots this fall! The first fellow-photog-family-shoot I got to do was my buddy Preston, over at P-Qubed.com and his family. I had a really great time shooting them and laughing at their silly sons! So from our November shoot that’s been patiently waiting to be blogged… here you go! :-)

This next shot totally cracks me up. Not a bit of it was posed and it to me it really shows kiddos being kiddos while Mom and Dad are wanting some nice family shots! :-)
